Hope City Church is committed to Worship, the Word, and Witnessing. We are seeking individuals to help us fulfill our mission and advance the Kingdom of God.
Hope City Church is an Equal Opportunity Employer. It is our preference to empower and employ active members of Hope City Church whenever possible, although all applications and resumes will be considered.
Since the start of Hope City Church, we have operated with limited full-time staff roles, such as senior pastor and campus pastor. We currently have part-time and stipend roles with little or no office hours requirement.
Though an army of volunteers, known as dream teamers, is our primary way of advancing our mission as a church, a handful of staff is needed to operate effectively daily. As Hope City Church continues and continues to grow, the need for both part-time and full-time roles has increased to manage the day-to-day needs of key departments of Hope City. These roles will require anywhere from 6 to 8 hours in office time Monday – Friday.
Though serving in a church has many great joys, it is essential to know that any part-time or full-time role at Hope City church will function no differently than a secular job when it comes to expectations and job requirements.
